Strategy is what sets the direction. But momentum only comes from people moving with it, feeling it and acting upon it.
Stryker’s Neuroendovascular division needed its teams to align, adapt and perform under pressure. Working within the wider Mission Unstoppable platform, we developed a narrative that connected strategy with mindset, behaviour and performance, making it specific and relevant to the Neuroendovascular team. Strategy wasn’t explained. It was experienced.
At its core was The Beat, a sensory-driven concept built around pulse, pressure and flow.
To ground the idea in the audience’s world, we drew on the Circle of Willis, a neural network that sustains blood flow by rerouting around difficulty and disruption. It became a metaphor for performance under pressure: how the best teams adapt, overcome obstacles and sustain momentum when it matters most.
“I don’t know how you got to this. You’ve obviously been doing your research. Absolutely love it… genuinely, 100%, this is why we’re speaking to you.”
Tom McAlindon
Director of Marketing, Stryker Neurovascular
The experience was designed to be felt as much as understood. Through film, motion, sound and spoken word, the narrative built rhythm, intensity and energy across the room. As it unfolded, individual moments aligned into a shared tempo, turning the audience from observers into participants.
Strategy became shared belief, turning direction into momentum across the organisation.
